okay, so i’ve lost since 6 lbs since the last time i weighed! pretty good going since i’m not actually trying and haven’t been to the gym.
and that was on a full stomach!

A Step in the Right Direction.
Yesterday, I bought my first pair of running shoes. And I felt proud. I had finally made the first step to a healthier lifestyle.
And today. I bought the 30 Day Shred. Again, i felt proud.
These might be small things to some people, but to me they’re motivation to get fit and slim and finally be happy in my skin.
Next step - JOIN THE GYM.
Ohhhh! And I went to a spin class a few weeks...
